My paintings reflect… the rich and varied texture of Southern Louisiana with its diverse history and culture.  My work reflects the color, sounds and movement of the environment in which I live, giving voice to what is felt, perceived and experienced.  I am dedicated to allowing the images to depict the vibrancy of my curiosity and deep engagement with life.

This New Orleans native came to Lafayette, Louisiana in 1997 to study Fine Arts. She studied Fine Arts at the University of Louisiana, Lafayette and began showing her work in 2004.

Her studies include a Masters Degree in Kinesiology from LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and a Masters degree in Counseling from University of Louisiana, Lafayette. Her curiosity for the numinous led her to painting a tangible expression of the mysterious. She continues to challenge herself with large and medium scale commission work and studies various creative techniques that she applies to the canvas. She was the 2011 Miles Perret Games Poster Artist, the 2014 Festival International Poster Artist and was recently named the Official St. Jude Acadiana Dream Home Artist.  You can find her work displayed at The Roosevelt Hotel New Orleans, Ariodante Gallery on Julia St in New Orleans, Sans Souci Gallery and  The Birds Nest in Lafayette, LA.
